It's located at roughly 10,000 ft and the hard work of the previous owners has earned an established permitted and surveyed access road off of the NFS road in to the property. There is no apparent avalanche risk along the road, allowing safe(although not so smooth!) access year round with any vehicle with appropriate clearance in the summer or snowmobile/snowcat/ATV in the winter. In fact-this has been a favorite destination of the local snowmobile club in past years. It may surprise you to find out that the cellular phone signal is great here as is access to satellite TV.
